Letting Go Bowl

The potter who created the handsome Monastery pottery has given us a collection of Letting Go Bowls, in free-form heart shapes and the same four colors as the Monastery dishes: white-beige, blue with white overtones, green-to-turquoise, and blue-green to-teal.

At the end of each day, put all of your difficulties, disappointments, frustrations and "failures" of the day into the bowl. In the morning, look to see how many of your troubles are still in the bowl. The bowl comes with a card and envelope. Read the story that is the inspiration for the Letting Go Bowls.
