The Daily Recollection CD

At the Zen Monastery Peace Center we recite "The Daily Recollection" each morning at the first sitting as a way of starting the day in awareness of the many facets of this Zen Buddhist practice. Recorded at the 2004 Precepts Retreat, all tracks include bells, the sound of running water, and the "Ending Suffering" recitation. This CD provides structure for those who want to bring the Monastery environment into their at-home practice. A written copy of The Daily Recollection is included with each order.
